Watermark Condominiums

Located near the downtown center of a well-established midwestern suburban community, the architecture – reminiscent of English Tudor style – of this mixed-use development was designed to blend seamlessly with its gracious surroundings. Thirty six residential units sized between 1,800-2,100 square feet are spread over a three-story structure.

To break down the scale of the development, this courtyard building was envisioned as a campus of connected buildings that has been built over time rather than a large monolithic new development. A prominent feature of this development include glass-walled garden conservatories located at the corner of each unit. Landscaping has been carefully integrated into the overall design.
