Tim Hansmann, AIA, LEED AP: Architect

With a background that ranges from farming to aerospace, it is not by chance that Tim is an experienced design architect and project manager for a wide variety of projects – from urban design to churches to single family residences and even individual furniture pieces. He is inspired by the relationships between people and places, art and technology, and the craft of creating wonderful spaces. Tim has a proven track record of successfully taking projects from early concepts to finished occupancy, both in new building and in the adaptive reuse of existing structures.
