Adam Voltz, AIA

Project Architect

avoltz@tkwa.com

Adam’s work is informed by a passion for sustainable design and enriching the relationship between people and the environment, inside and out. His dedication to sustainability dovetails with his work in historic preservation and the adaptive re-use of existing structures. These efforts range from Historic American Building Survey (HABS) documentation for the US Library of Congress to the rehabilitation of significant buildings throughout Wisconsin - including housing, hotel, office, retail, food production, worship, and assembly uses. This broad experience provides Adam with a firm understanding of the National Park Service Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and the application process for projects involving Historic Tax Credits.

As Project Architect, Adam is involved in all phases of the work. He has successfully led complex master planning efforts and has completed design and construction of these phased projects. His expertise in the areas of 3D modeling, graphic communication, and technical documentation make him a fundamental part of the design team.
