Roots Restaurant
This small jewel of a building is located in the rapidly developing Brewer’s Hill area near downtown Milwaukee. Offering stunning views of the surrounding cityscape, this new three-level building features a Cream City brick, limestone, and copper-clad exterior. The main level is anchored by a contemporary restaurant offering locally-grown produce and American-regional menu selections.
The lower level Wine Cellar opens out to a patio area and can be used for smaller receptions and private functions. The top level includes office space and balcony.
Roots Restaurant is one of an ensemble of surrounding buildings designed by TKWA, including two multi-story condominium buildings and a large new private residence built where a former industrial manufacturing facility stood.
