Cannery Square is an urban infill redevelopment concept to revitalize historic Downtown Sun Prairie and create an exciting new living environment. This project will create a vibrant destination center attracting residents, shoppers, and tourists to the area.

City Square will be bordered by two three-story mixed-use buildings that frame the public open space. These new storefronts will blend with the existing historic storefront facades. The two structures will include 20,000 square feet of commercial space on the first level designed primarily as destination specialty stores and/or restaurants.

The historic cannery structure will be retrofitted to include 11,000 square feet of restaurant and specialty commercial space on the first level and 14 luxury apartments on the second and third levels.
