Located on a mountainside high above a dense tropical forest, Alta Vida de Nosara offers residents a private retreat with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. Condominium units are gathered around a central Villa which marks the entry point into the community and provides a social gathering point for residents. This public area includes a lap pool, plunge pool, and shared cocina built into the hillside grotto.

Individual units offer garden courtyards and private decks, creating a multitude of outdoor spaces that encourage both a sense of community and an atmosphere of retreat.

The site concept focused on preserving the forest basin by developing along the perimeter of the public road, and other sustainable aspects of the project include green roof technology and natural ventilation.
