Fitchburg Technology Campus is an open space campus environment located on 120 acres in the City of Fitchburg. The Campus will be home to dozens of high-tech businesses, a retail center, parks, recreational areas and an array of comfortable housing choices. The retail area will integrate centrally-located parking, street-level storefronts, outdoor cafes and upper-floor offices in a lively environment.

The Kubala Washatko Architects, Inc. is providing site planning and architectural design services for a 9,000 square foot bank/office building and a 6,000 square foot restaurant, plus an additional mixed-use building.

This live/work community will include single family residences, apartments, condominiums, and townhomes with views of the Madison skyline and woodland parks.
