The Kubala Washatko Architects, Inc. were hired to help revitalize and expand an existing strip mall located near the University of Wisconsin campus in Madison.

The client requested a low-cost exterior design solution that would provide a fresh, contemporary feel while improving the overall retail visibility of the site.

We created more vertical height to the front facade and added windows for improved interior daylight. Innovative metal awnings provide extra detail.
