Joe has managed the studio's IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contract with the General Service Administration since 2007. His strong design background is supported by an intelligent approach to detailing that results in quality projects. A respect for the environment and its preservation for future generations is a principle that shaped his education and now informs his daily decisions, professionally and personally.
