Grafton Village Center
The Grafton Village Center is a new mixed-use development located on a prominent intersection between a major east-west traffic corridor and the main downtown street of Grafton. Designed to be completed in two phases, the Grafton Village Center will create a pedestrian scale retail and office environment that compliments the significant redevelopment efforts of the Village of Grafton.
The building and site design were carefully considered to reinforce the traditional characteristics of small downtown centers, including ease of pedestrian access and a public plaza. Buildings were brought forward to the street edge with parking arranged in back.
